II. historical background

1991: first contact with Mokótow by the Polish embassy

1992: invitation of Mokótow representatives to the Treptow festival and signing of an agreement to establish a town twinning

1993: official signing of the partnership declaration

youth meetings in the context of sports competitions
attendance of Polish representatives at the Treptow festival

Although we tried to reanimate the relations between Treptow-Koepenick and Warsaw Mokótow in 2007 there is no more contact between the cities since 2000.
