For many years, the Borough Office Treptow-Koepenick maintains relations with cities and communities not only within Germany but also in Europe and in the world. Each of these 11 town twinning has its own history, importance and orientation. However, they have got one thing in common: These partnerships should contribute to that the citizens become acquainted with each other, reducing prejudices and practice tolerance of different cultures.
